Our mission is to empower Childcare Professionals with comprehensive training opportunities that foster continuous professional development and equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality professional care to School Age Children. Through our innovative and collaborative approach, we strive to create a community of passionate and confident Childcare Professionals who are committed to promoting the holistic development and well being of every child in their care.
Our Trainers
Our trainers are passionate Childcare Professionals with over 30 years of experience in the childcare field. They all have a natural affinity for working with children and believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
As employees of various School Age Child Care programs throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area, ranging in positions from Classroom Teachers and Center Managers, to Regional Directors, our trainers have a wealth of knowledge and expertise in child development, coaching and leadership, curriculum development, safety and accountability, and know how to tailor their training’s to meet the unique needs of each childcare environment.
Our training teams approach is both practical and engaging. They use a variety of teaching methods to ensure trainees stay focused and motivated. Whether it's through hands-on activities, group discussions, or multimedia presentations, our trainers know how to keep their trainees engaged and eager to learn.
